Great iron complex!

I've taken iron supplements for iron deficiency for a long time. I also have allergies and really did not likeall the artificial colors, fillers, etc., etc. that were in most of them. I was thrilled when I ran across these while searching through iherb. No artificial colors, no Gluten, no preservatives - go to the page for the Nature's Bounty brand and read the back label. It's inexpensive, works very well, and does not have a lot of unnecessary additives in it. Thanks for a high quality product!

Been taking daily since mid-January, and now excited to share the benefits I experienced. Ingredients: High-quality ingredients that don’t upset the stomach, as promised - and I am extremely sensitive usually, so approved. Note: did not experience constipation, but I do drink a lot of water and consume a lot of fruit and veggies. Maybe I just saw a minor difference of bowel changes the first week, but then it adjusted immediately. Think it’s normal when you introduce something new in your routine. Size & format: chose 100-capsule package. I think pill size and composition is perfect, as well as bottle size as you go on for months without the need to repurchase. No metal-like aftertaste either. I had a minor deficiency compared to people with severe anemia, but was going through burn out and was really feeling a toll on my energy levels before taking this supplement. Will measure iron levels once finishing the bottle and eventually update when I do another iron supplement cycle.
