Been taking this now for a couple on months and I do see it improving my sleep quality by relaxing my muscles right before sleep. I generally take it like 1-2 hours before sleep after a hot shower. Not sure about others but for myself, I do feel myself feeling calmer/relaxed 1-2 hours after taking it. And since I do frequent the gym a lot and have sore muscles near end of the day, this also helps somewhat reduce that soreness during sleep (may be a placebo but hey, it works for me)
