Simple way to incorporate iron

This provides a simple quality way to incorporate iron. I've been iron deficient since fixing anemia in 2021. Tried everything under the sun nothing lifted my ferritin. Recently checked my levels and at least my ferritin isn't going down. From 4 to15 to 8 to 6 to 8 to 11 but this was in the last year. So I've been adding this to my smoothies, orange juice, etc. for the iron boost. Barely can taste it. I had everything done to see why I'm not absorbing and everything came back normal. No celiac, no bleeding, etc. I will use this once a day to supplement my iron bisglycinate capsules because I'm trying to reach 100 in ferritin. I test every 2- 3 month. I'll update my results in a month or so.
