Excellent! Helps balance your energy, and stops migraines
Those B complex bitamins really helped me to improve my overall health, energy levels and headaches. I didn't have a single headaches since I started using those pills daily. I take them every morning, together with my morning kefir, eggs and probiotics. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, no fillers or nasty stuff. I usually cycle this for one month and then take one month break before continuing again. I’m 36 years old , very fit and working out daily but suffering from autoimmune issues, eczema, IBS, crohns, globus, GERD / acid reflux, hemorrhoids and anemia ( yes, I got it all 😒).
