Take this caps with or without a meal. It is recommended to take 2 a day, but with one it is already enough (it is up to you to decide). You will notice the urine turn more yellow, but this is normal as the body flushes out excessive vitamin B. These caps are easy to take and there are no bad side effect (no upset stomach). The benefits will start to show after a few days already: most of all you will feel more energetic and have an increase focus while there will be as well faster growth for hair/beard and nails.
