I made these the other day and I really like them. The sweetness is perfect without any bitter stevia aftertaste. The mix was very easy to make and the brownies tasted great even after freezing. When I was making them I substituted plain yogurt for the oil and I only used one egg. They turned out great! The recipe size made a standard pan, so it’s a great size too.
