I have seen other Sitosterol products out there but they are generally very expensive and contain very little actual content which means you need to take 2-4 pills for each meal (if you use to block Cholesterol absorbtion). The pills are quite big so swallowing them whole is not really possible. You can chew them and they do not taste that bad actually.
