Great iron's form for absorption by the body

I usually take iron from October-November for three months. The first thing I notice is that the hair follicles are activated. After 1-2 weeks, I wake up easier in the mornings (in the fall dark time of day). Replenishing the body's iron stores is very important. When the body lacks iron, increased fatigue, drowsiness, hair loss, & other symptoms that interfere with a full active life begin. This iron from Solgar is well absorbed because it's in bisglycinate chelate form (it's gentle on the stomach) & it has an optimal dosage. Medium-sized, dark-colored tablets (as in the photos). Push down & turn lid. My intake regimen for iron: 1 tablet in the morning on an empty stomach 1.5-2 hours before meals, washed down with acidic water (e.g. lemon water) for 3 months. Those who have a sensitive stomach can wash it down with pure water. The main thing is not to drink tea/coffee at least an hour before & 1.5-2 hours after taking it. Vitamins C and A enhance iron absorption. Be healthy!
