I bought these for taking in conjunction with the Black Currant Seed Oil capsules. They are a darkish colouredd capsule and I find are flavourless. I like that these contain celery seed as well as tart cherry. I have reduced to one a day after breakfast, after initially taking them twice a day. A good nutritious product and if I take at night also seems to help me sleep better.
