In case you don't know, our body uses iron to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to muscles. Your body also needs iron to make some hormones. This is the third iron formula I've tried the past year - I like it the most actually. I was on a higher potency of iron before but was still constantly cold, but I don't feel that way anymore ever since I started this particular supplement. My consumption frequency is one per day.
