good antiaging herb

Berberine is a good anti-aging herb (together with quercetin and gynostemma) especially for diabetes type-2 people with many health benefits especially intestinal (colon-cancer). People who want to use this also against diabete type-2 should have a higher dose, like 500mg 2-4x per day.
