I waited to give a review until the entire bottle was gone, I took this as directed, 1 capsule dosage per day, and usually took after dinner or lunch. for the first few days I felt awful, terrible headache. I also noticed restless legs a few nights. I continued to get the headache for about an hour every time I took, this lasted for about 2 weeks. after the 2 weeks, I didn't notice any negative side effects. I originally took to help with hormonal acne - I'm not sure it helped much with that (I have seen some improvements but have been using new topicals so its hard to say) however I did notice some benefits - PMS symptoms were much less intense and my actual periods were a bit less intense as well. for that reason I think it's worth to take dim supplement. this is a good quality option with clean ingredients, but the price has almost tripled since the first time I purchased so I will look for another brand.
