I've been using this for focus, memory and mood in combination with DMAE and it's been good. I've had better results when I take it with DMAE and/or coffee than when I take it alone, but I think it's a solid supplement. The pills are easy to swallow and I like that the packaging protects the actual pills and ingredients. It's also the best value SAMe supplement I found. Would recommend if you're just looking to try SAMe for the first time like I did.
