Very disappointed

I was expecting a lot from this diffuser since it's a Now Foods product but I'm very disappointed with the quality of this diffuser. One cannot feel the scent of the essential oils very well. As you can see in the image the lights are on but there is no steam coming out of the diffuser. The materials used are also cheap and not durable.
