I took a chance on these as I wanted 2000mg a day of Vitamin C but without taking multiple tablets of smaller doses throughout the day. Even at 2000mg I have had no tummy upsets after a week of taking them. I also wanted rose hip extract rather than citrus bioflavonoids and at 200mg these are higher than any other Vit C/RoseHip combination I have come across. The tablets are quite thick, but they are glazed, so I have no problem swallowing them.

I love the quality of this product, the Ultra-C is 2000 mg is potent but its slow-release formula is extremely gentle on the stomach. I have to take 5000mg daily so I take 2 of these and a 1000mg. The taste and surface texture allows it to be swallowed easily even though it's a large tablet, but it is honestly still difficult for me at times. The ingredients are just what my doctor recommended, and I love its antioxidant properties.
