Rewarded Review

I've been suffering from serious bacne (cystic back acne) since i was a teenager. For over 20 years, I tried most topical acne cream, body scrubs, went to dermatologist and yet nothing seems to fix this problem. I was frustrated, unhappy and ashamed of my skin, never wish to reveal my back for decades. Wearing swimsuit is dreadful (the hyperpigmentation of those cystic acne takes at least 6 months to enlighten). Birth control pills is the only thing that can completely banish my bacne. I relied on bcp for years to get clear back/shoulder skin. But i know i can't be on bcp forever. Once I stopped taking bcp, (within 1 month) my cystic bacne returned with a vengeance. I'm back in desperation. Until one day in my late 30s, I came across a website Clear Skin Forever which mentioned DIM and hormonal acne. Without thinking twice, I bought DIM from iherb. To my surprise, those cystic acne on my back stopped gradually and significantly disappearing within 2 weeks of consuming DIM daily. DIM is really powerful in balancing hormones as well as decreasing sebum production, which significantly reduce acne flare-ups and eventually clear my body/facial acne. I also feel that DIM can lessen my pms & perimenopousal symptoms. I no longer feel moody, better temperamental, better sleep, hot flashes gone, controlled body weight. So i guess I've been suffering from hormonal imbalance for so long. DIM is a best kept secret for women of all ages. If you suffer from hormonal acne or experience perimenopause symptoms, you may want to try DIM supplement. If you want a more natural approach, try consuming cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, brussels sprout. DIM is a plant nutrient derived from cruciferous family. Now I am in my late 40s and I have the best time of my life. Clear skin everywhere, great health and always in enlightened mood. Hope this is helpful to you ❤️️
