+ it is chelated + It is 200 mg in one tablet + It is tablet, so no gelatin added or other cupsule stuff +It was recommended by my doc and i know that other patients take it with good resluts + It has the best price -the tablet is big if u have swallowing problem -there is no information on what type of chelated mg it is. Each type has it's oven effects. I sent an email to manufacturer, but they did not answer 😔 As for me, I do not feel any effect from taking the mg itself, but as a complex therapy it seems like we got what we aimed.

I even sent a letter to the munufacturer, but they did not answer. I do not feel any changes taking it by itself, but in complex therapy it seems like we got what we aimed.
