Its hard to know if this is helping but people are getting covid and flu all around me and I've not caught anything as yet... may be luck, may be this is helping, together with other supplements I take. It has a very mild taste - I can drink a glass of water with it in and it just has a slight taste - mushroomy surprisingly enough!
