But if you do, the taste is also very pleasant and refreshing. And I had the feeling that the tablets make you fuller. I definitely recommend them. ***Update after 2 months of taking them: I feel it works best if you take 1 pill before your meal and 1 pill during your meal. Way less bloating for me this way.
