I’ve been preparing my pregnancy and found vitamin D level insufficient only 17 (below 20 is considered insufficient). With doctor’s advice I began with 15 drops a day for 3 months my vitamin D level quickly increased to 61! I continue to maintain and now reduce to 6 drops a day now. The flavor is so good I usually take right after lunch with omega. Highly recommended very effective!

This product contains a good balance of vitamins D and K in a liquid form, and the taste is OK, but the viscosity surprised me. I’ve taken many types of liquid Vitamin D orally, but this is the first that gummed up the dropper. I’ve had to wash it out a couple times to keep it working. Also, the package says to keep it refrigerated, which means it’s not with the rest of the supplements I take regularly so I tend to forget about it.
