You only get 8pcs per pack which I didn’t know before purchasing, however it’s really worth it especially for stubborn post-acne marks. I believe the microdart technology actually works because is has worked on some really stubborn hyperpigmentation that barely fades when using other products. However, it’s not a band aid solution. And 1 patch most definitely won’t face a scar completely. You have to keep using it to see good results. But I could already notice a difference from the first patch I used. Highly Reccomend
