Whenever I travel I take this with me, together with the ‘Gas and Bloating’ variant. The quality os very good, ingredients clean, size is easy to swallow, dosage is one pc at the time. I took 2, but that means that you need to run for the toilet for hours! You will benefit from it within half an hour after taking. Doesn’t have a strong taste.
