I increase the amount I take gradually, as I always have, but MSM powder caused me stomach problems, which ended in severe hemorrhoid crises.... I don't have such a problem with the drops. I put the drops in my morning cappuccino with coconut oil. It adds a slightly bitter taste, but that doesn't bother me. I recommend it!
