I do think this does something I do think it has benefits it's hard to know exactly how much it helps but I do think that it works it's a very good company. it has a bit of a smell that you get used to after while it does linger on your fingers so you have to wash your hands afterwards but it doesn't taste bad .and I think you can take it with or without food. yeah I think it's a good thing to take every so often I don't know how long a person needs it . I usually take half a dosage of it. but I guess it depends the size of the person
