I love these! I love the quality, ingredients, and ease of taking these daily vitamins. I had no issues, but my 25 yr daughter did burp them and is on the autism spectrum so quit them. I did not find these to taste bad, nor did I burp them. The size is nice. I did drink 8-12 ounces with them so don’t know if that helped. I think your body gets more out of these (potency wise) than regular vitamins since they are fermented. Highly recommend these over your normal vitamins.
