Double Wood Supplements, Bacopa Extract, 450 mg, 90 Capsules

As a supplement take one capsule per day. It is recommended to take with food as upset stomach may occur when taken on an empty stomach. Improvements generally occur after 6-8 weeks of consistent use though stress support may be more acute.

Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications, are pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age. Do not consume more than 4 capsules per day. 

Discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately if any adverse reactions occur. Do not take Bacopa and operate any heavy machinery until you know how it affects you. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Do not freeze or expose to moisture or heat above room temperature.
