21st Century Extra Strength Melatonin 10 mg has twice the amount of melatonin as in our 5 mg product.
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare provider. Place tablet under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
